Niaz Butt
President and Co-Founder
Company president, Niaz Butt, began his career as a carpenter. At the age of 19, he started his own general contracting business tackling residential home improvement in the suburbs of Philadelphia. He graduated with honors from Temple University with a degree in Entrepreneurship and Business Management. Since then, Niaz has completed a number of residential and large commercial real estate projects from the standard fix & flip to multi-million dollar jobs. Not only does Niaz have vast construction experience, he is also experienced in every part of the real estate life cycle including acquisitions, analysis, financing, permitting, zoning, project management, inspections, marketing, leasing, property management and maintenance.
Talal Ahmad
Vice President of Operations and Co-Founder
At a young age, Talal worked in various construction capacities for Niaz, who unbeknownst to him was training Talal for the future. Talal graduated from Temple University with honors, receiving a bachelors of accounting. He began his career at KPMG, LLP with a corporate tax consulting position. After 2.5 years and a short stint at a Philadelphia start-up, Talal joined Agile in January of 2020 as a Project Manager. Talal is responsible for managing construction projects, business development and complex tax and accounting issues.
